NETWORKING Sponsor or co-sponsor Chamber Mixers Hold a ribbon cutting ceremony REFERRAL SERVICE Our office is open six days per week; provides direct referrals; answers thousands of visitor inquiries; and distributes member brochures and visitor packets INSERT PROGRAMS Let the “INSERT PROGRAM” work for you! Use one of two programs described below as a direct marketing tool for your business, club or organization. These programs are designed to promote your business, products, services, promotions, or events to local chamber members or to those requesting information about visiting, relocating, or planning a wedding on the Mendocino Coast. “The Current”, Monthly Chamber Newsletter Flier Inserts This program lets you insert your promotional flier in the Chamber’s monthly Newsletter, “The Current”, to promote special events, sales or other offers. A One-time Free Flier insertion is provided as a new member benefit and subsequent inserts cost only $50.00 each. Call the Chamber office to reserve the month you want and then bring 700 Fliers to us by the 20th of the previous month – we do all the rest! The Newsletter is mailed to all Chamber members, public officials, local media, and other local Chambers of Commerce. This is a very popular program, so reserve the month you want the flier to be inserted at least a month in advance. NOTE: All fliers must be the same weight paper, 8 x 11inches, not folded, and can be printed on both sides. All fliers must also contain Chamber Member Business Name and contact information of either mailing address, phone number or email.   Information Packet Inserts Visitor Information Packets: Each year the Chamber of Commerce mails approximately 10,000 to 12,000 visitor information packets to those interested in planning vacation to the Mendocino Coast. In addition to the Chamber’s 3 brochures, member may insert their own brochures for the low price of $.30 per piece. That’s less than a letter! Relocation Packets: Each year the Chamber answers hundreds of relocation information requests from around the country. As a Chamber member, you can tap this potential market for your business. Introduce your business before they get here. When they move to the coast, they will have a friend…you! Wedding Packets: The word is out…the Mendocino Coast is a perfect location to hold a wedding! If your business offers a service that is needed when planning a wedding, then the Chamber’s Wedding Packet is the place to insert your literature or brochure. Again the coast for this program is only $.30 per piece. Reach your clientele directly without having to purchase costly mailing lists! Once you decide which program best suits your business, just bring a stack of brochures to the office (please, at least 200 for visitor packets). We only will bill you for the amount your bring. That way, you can control just how much you want to spend on the program, no surprises.
