  So you know you want a Mendocino Wedding...now what?

Option A: Wedding Consultant
One option is to hire a wedding consultant who is familiar with Mendocino weddings. This might be a consultant that is located on the Mendocino Coast, or a travel agent or other person who has experience in planning Mendocino weddings. Don't assume that any Mendocino wedding or travel consultant can automatically meet your needs. A consultant who is wonderful for local couples in your hometown may not be as adept in helping you with the nuances of a Mendocino wedding. Luckily,  there are wedding consultants right here on the Mendocino Coast whose primary business is working with couples from out-of-town. They are good about faxing, mailing photos, and taking other special steps to help you. 
All told, this may be the most-hassle free way to plan a Mendocino wedding.


Option B: Hospitality Providers
The second option is to find a hotel or inn or bed & breakfast on the Mendocino Coast that offers wedding services for guests who stay there. You'd be surprised how many of these places have hosted Mendocino weddings in the past, and may even have a dedicated person who helps with the Mendocino wedding planning, often for a ceremony and reception right on site.


Option C: Do It Yourself
The third option is to plan your Mendocino wedding yourself. You find the florist, the officiator, the ceremony site, the baker, the music, the photographer and so on by yourself. This is probably the toughest way to plan a Mendocino wedding, but you get to make all the decisions.
