Series of classes by Reverend Tanya Wyldflower. In this course you will learn how to support your health beginning with a Wellness Assessment Questionnaire. We will then examine how our self-concept leads us to make positive choices i self-care, to live a more balanced lifestyle and increase our sense of well being. Class 1: Wellness Circle, Class 2: Positive Choices, Class 3: Self Care, Class 4: Balanced Lifestyle, Class 5: Connect. Participants may attend any or all in the series. Purchase of workbook is optional.
