Frida's Circus Dance Party

- Come out to the Hill House of Mendocino on Saturday, February 23, when Mendocino Stories & Music Series presents Frida’s Circus Dance Party. Rock and roll dance music starts at 7:30PM at the Hill House of Mendocino.
Frida's Circus started as an art band in 1993, playing mainly at Christy Wells's art receptions, and quickly moved on to top venues between Sacramento, San Francisco and Mendocino north to Oregon. Their shows were packed with hard core driving rhythms, funk,reggae, blues, pop disco all intertwined in their own "party music" way. The group started by Christy Wells, Pilar Duran and Lady J
(Jennifer Schmidt ) has worked with many drummers and will be joined by local drummer Claudia Paige.
