The Mendocino Coast has a beautiful and rocky coastline to explore by kayak. Liquid Fusion Kayaking has developed a systematic approach to teach paddlers to paddle confidently and comfortably in rock gardens and sea caves. In this 6 hour course, paddlers will learn and apply concepts and skills for boat control and maneuvering around rocks and in sea caves, reading water, recognizing hazards, and safety and rescue techniques. $110/person Call for more information and reservations (707) 962-1623

• 11:00 am : Gray Whale Programs at MacKerricher State Park [details]
Knowledgeable docents will talk about the annual gray whale migration along the Mendocino coast. Binoculars provided. Meet at the Visitor Center by the main entrance. All programs begin at 11:00 a.m.;weekends through March 17th.

Being able to manage your fatigue is an accomplishment when you have Multiple Sclerosis. Cognition, balance and quality of life are affected when fatigue is a chronic challenge. Find out what steps you can take to proactively deal with this significant MS condition. Dr. Gail Widener is an Associate Professor at Samuel Merrit University's physical therapy program.
