Fireworks
Display in Fort Bragg - Fireworks will be
launched at dusk from Pomo Bluffs Park adjacent to Cliff Way. There will be an
off-limits, 600-foot safety buffer around the launch area. The rest of the park
will be open to pedestrians only. Vehicles with a valid disabled person's
placard or license plate may park in the Pomo Bluffs Park parking area on a
First-Come-First-Serve basis. All roads on Todd Point will be closed at 5pm-No
Exceptions other than for Todd Point residents and their guests. If you or your
guests are entering the area after 5pm, please be sure to have identification
(i.e., a driver's license) for residents and/or a written "invitation" for your
guests. Please help us make it easy for everyone involved. Please be advised
that after 5pm, residents and their guests may need to park elsewhere and walk.

be available at the Patton/Carlson property at Todd Point and College of the
Redwoods until full. To help with the cost of fireworks, we're requesting a
$5.00 donation for parking. Fireworks can be viewed from Pomo Bluffs Park,
College of the Redwoods, Patton/Carlson property, Noyo Beach, the Noyo Bridge
pedestrian walkways (no parking on Noyo Bridge or Main Street) and other public
property. Please do not trespass on private property or enter the safety buffer.
The Fort Bragg Police Department has a zero tolerance policy towards
trespassing. The Police Department also has a zero tolerance policy towards the
illegal discharge of fireworks. PLEASE BE SAFE, BE AWARE AND HAVE A GREAT TIME!

Fireworks Display in Point Arena - Point
Arena at the Arena Cove Fireworks: Street fair starts at 2pm followed by Point
Arena's Centennial Fireworks Display off Point Arena Pier at dusk. Keep pets at
home for fireworks show. Light Parade returns to town down Port Road after the
fireworks show. Port Road closes at 3:30pm. No traffic allowed until after 11pm.
Music provided by "Heavy Weight Dub" at the Arena Theater following the

Saturday July 4
Big
River Interpretive Walks - Join the Mendocino Land Trust for the free Big
River Interpretive Walks. Walks are free and open to everyone. Meet at the Big
River Kiosk at the eastern end of the Big River Beach Parking Lot just south of
Mendocino, CA at 10:00 a.m., weather permitting. Walks last one to two hours and
cover two to four miles. Water, comfortable shoes and binoculars are
recommended. Anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. No RSVP

World Largest Salmon BBQ - Noyo Harbor
11am-6pm. Parking off Highway One at College of the Redwoods with a free shuttle
to the harbor. Advance tickets on sale at Harvest Market. Tickets are $25 per

Mendocino 4th of July Parade - starts at
Noon Saturday July 4th will be the annual 4th of July Parade through the streets
of Mendocino. This year will have some additional street closure for the parade
route. No parking will be available from 10am to 3pm on Main Street from Heeser
Drive to Lansing Street; Lansing Street between Main and Little Lake Streets
(both sides); Ford Street between Little Lake & Ukiah Street; Ukiah Street
between Ford Street & Heeser Drive and Heeser Drive between Ukiah Street & Main
Street. Spectators encouraged NOT to park on Highway One and find additional
parking on Heeser Drive west of the Mendocino Art Center. Parade entry sheets
